Magnus Samuelsson is a Swedish former strongman and professional arm wrestler. He was born on December 21, 1969, in Grimsas, Sweden. He is best known for winning the World's Strongest Man competition in 1998 and has also competed in numerous other strongman competitions.
Samuelsson started his strongman career in the early 1990s and quickly rose to prominence as one of the top competitors in the sport. He won the World's Strongest Man competition in 1998, becoming the first Swedish man to do so.
In addition to his strongman accomplishments, Samuelsson is also a successful professional arm wrestler. He has won multiple Swedish national arm wrestling championships and has competed in international arm wrestling competitions.
After retiring from competitive strongman and arm wrestling, Samuelsson has worked as a television presenter and commentator, as well as a motivational speaker. He is also involved in various charitable organizations and is a well-respected figure in the strength sports community.
